Initial Meeting
Our first step will be to meet in person. We will determine what type of home you are looking for in as much detail as possible and the neighbourhoods you’re interested in, I will bring to your attention homes and neighbourhoods which you might want to consider based on your lifestyle, and future plans. You’ll also receive a detailed explanation of the entire home buying process so you’ll know exactly what to expect from the day we meet until the day you move into your new home.
Your Home Search
The criteria you have chosen and will be matched daily from a data base of:

All homes in the Toronto Real Estate Boards database, including homes not on MLS.

All homes that come on the market that day for sale.

All homes that have reduced their listing price.
Home Viewings
I’ll make appointment(s) to view homes with you at your convenience, and identify its features and flaws.
The Offer
Know everything about the property
I will provide you with the property history (e.g., previous listing and selling prices, number of days on market, changes to the listing price, and true market value, etc.)
Determine the worth of the property
We will determine what you think the home is worth, and what you are willing to pay for the home. It will then be my duty to enter into negotiations with the Seller and their Agent, and to skillfully negotiate with them on price, so that the final contract includes the best possible terms and conditions.
Carefully review contract
I will walk through the clauses with you and provide an easy-to-read reference guide to help with your understanding of the contract.
Ask questions
Throughout the purchase process, I will be available for advice and to answer any questions you may have.
